Device and network basics (IP address, OS, pages viewed, time spent) to keep services reliable.

Contact details you share (like email) so we can send receipts, OTPs, and account updates.

Engagement signals to understand what features help you most and improve loyalty rewards.

We do not collect precise location data.

We may occasionally reach out with important notices or promotions. You can opt out anytime.

How we share

We share only what is necessary and only with trusted parties:

  • Required by law or to protect rights and safety.
  • With vetted service providers working on our behalf under strict confidentiality.
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics to improve the app.

Account deletion

Delete your account anytime via the in-app flow or this link: https://staging.pokpok.cloud/member/delete.

How to delete:

  1. Open account deletion in the app or visit the link above.
  2. Enter your registered phone number.
  3. Verify with the OTP sent to you.
  4. Confirm deletion.

What it means:

  • Account is permanently deactivated.
  • Personal data removed from active systems.
  • Access to the app ends for this account.
  • Some data may be retained as required by law.

Deletion is irreversible.

Your choices

  • Uninstall the app to stop data collection.
  • Use the deletion link above to remove your account and associated data.

Retention

We keep your data while you use My Pokpok and for a reasonable period afterward. To request deletion of data you shared, email pokpokdeveloper@gmail.com or use the account deletion feature.

Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents/guardians should supervise use and prevent sharing of personal data. If you believe a child has shared data, contact us at pokpokdeveloper@gmail.com.

Security

We use physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. No method is perfect, but we continually improve our protections.

Changes
